Our daily and weekly rates include electricity. Electricity is metered and billed separately for other rates. |

All of our rates for both RV sites and Mobile Home sites now include Time Warner Expanded Basic cable TV service at no additional cost.
We also provide free wifi. |

Reservations are taken for stays of three months or more.
You can keep the same lot next season if you reserve by February 14th.
A reservation fee of $100.00 is required to reserve a lot.
When you reserve a lot, your rent starts upon your
arrival or December 1st, which ever is earlier. Single Pay plans must
be paid in full by January 1st. Reservation deposits are not
refundable after November 1st.
We allow one small pet per lot (under 20 lbs weight). Pets must be on a leash when outside, and any mess they make must be cleaned up by their caretakers. There is a dog run provided for exercise. Even in the dog run, you must pick up any of your pet's waste and remove it for later disposal. Failure to pick up after your pet defecates is unfair to others around the park, and also creates an unpleasant hazard for our lawn maintenance employees. Residents who ignore this rule will be asked to leave the park. Mobile Home lot rent for 2013 is $295.00 per month for most lots, and $305.00 per month for corner lots.
